About

Our Founder
Felicia A. Lane
Felicia Lane is a Believer of Jesus Christ, wife, mom of 3 children and NaNa to her twin granddaughters-Dallas & Devynn.
Felicia serves as Pastor of PHLOW (flow) Church in Buffalo, NY, a certified Life Coach, and she is the founder of the nonprofit organization Knowing My Worth Inc. that mentors teen girls, she is also the author of her book titled “Knowing My Worth!”
As a young woman, Felicia struggled with her identity, and finding self-worth within herself and relationships.
Felicia’s passion is to empower Kingdom and purpose driven women and teen girls to be uniquely and apologetically who God designed them to be. She helps them to get unstuck and see the greatness in themselves so that they can walk in their God given purpose and see themselves as the valuable asset they truly are.

We believe all women can embrace who they are,
can define their future, and can change the world.
Our Vision & Mission
Vision: Our young women will be self-sufficient and become life-long compassionate givers, that will make a positive impact in our community.
Our young women will have higher self-esteem, improved peer interactions, and realize their God given worth and identity.
Mission:
We support teen girls mental wellness by helping them build healthy relationships, their self worth, and self confidence so that they can grow and develop into healthy and confident women.
